Laparoskopik sleeve gastrektomi hastalarımızın erken ve geç komplikasyonlarına yaklaşımımız

Aim: Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy (LSG) is used as an effective surgical method in the treatment of morbid obesity. In our study, we investigated early and late complications methods patients who underwent LSG.Material method: 390 between ages 18-70 were operated January 2016 December 2020 included study. Patient records retrospectively scanned electronically results recorded.Results: sleeve gastrectomy surgery was performed on morbidly obese patients. Of patients, 310 (78.1%) female, 80 (21.9%) male, with a mean age 42.1 years (22-65) 42.9 (24-70) Complications observed 22 (5.64%) LSG. Ten (2.56%) developed period, 9 (2.33%) 3 (0.75%) them both complications.Early complications; Postoperative anastomosis leakage 4 (1%) atelectasis 2 (0.5%) bleeding 1 (0.25%) patient, dehydration intra-abdominal collection pleurosis patient detected. Stent applied to leakage, operated. Other received medical treatment.Late Minimal stenosis causing reflux incisura angularis found 5 (1.25%) trocar port hernia patients.Early complication; Late also stenting due leakage. pyloric detected these gastric ulcers esophagocardial patient.
